Matthew's first full novel tells the story of a ordinary, 40-year old Grocery shop manager, Mark Farringdon, who gets the promotion offer of a lifetime. Pressed into service against the forces of darkness, a random accident brings him face to face with something (or rather someone) that will make him question everything. Oh and its about a Cat called Colin.

How did we get here?!
I've been a frustrated writer all my life. As a child, I could invariably be found typing short stories on my Dad's vintage SCM Corsair typewriter. As an adult, life got in the way and aside from a brief dip into attempting a novel (which I'll cover in my blog), the literary world eluded me. That was until January 2019...
Oh and in case you are wondering, the photo is of an attempt on my part to look intense and alluring. Any passing resemblence to someone having a stroke is purely coincidental.
